Schematic Overview
The schematic is really just the basic design given from the manufacturer's datasheet. The design is slightly dumb in the way that the output from the LM317 doesn't have any capacitors, only the input does. However, this is the design and it will do what I need-so on with it!

Using Eagle
The main face of the eagle program has many options and a lot of functionality. The program can even route your whole circuit for you on the PCB board! However I'm going to do everything myself since the board is so simple and I want it to look cool.
